Proprietary Flight Control System

Fully proprietary flight control system and core algorithms address the strong nonlinearity and coupling challenges of hover, tilt transition, and cruise. The distributed multi-redundant power configuration allows safe landing even with up to three propulsion units offline, engineered to meet DAL-A certification standards. More than 1,000 flight tests have been completed, and the tilt-transition algorithm is ready for deployment.

Efficient Full-tilting Configuration

Innovatively designed full-tilt configuration with clean tail reduces drag and structural complexity, optimized force transmission minimizes structural weight and enhances aerodynamic efficiency during cruise flight. Meanwhile, the overall aircraft achieves substantial structural weight reduction,with a marked increase in maximum cruise speed, delivering high-efficiency flight like fixed-wing aircraft.

From hydrogen-turbine power generation and intelligent power distribution with thermal management to rotor electric drive, Worthy AeroTech integrates the critical links of the electric propulsion chain.
