Worthy AeroTech is an aviation technology company focused on aircraft and related product development. The company has developed core capabilities in hydrogen-combustion propulsion and tiltrotor technologies, with end-to-end capabilities across aircraft architecture, propulsion system design, R&D, testing, and production. Worthy AeroTech is building integrated “hydrogen combustion + hydrogen flight” eVTOL aircraft and unmanned aircraft systems for industrial applications. The core team comes from leading aerospace universities, including Tsinghua University, Beihang University, Northwestern Polytechnical University, and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Technical staff account for more than 85% of the team. Core members previously worked at major state-level aerospace and aviation organizations and average more than 10 years of aircraft R&D experience. They have led or participated in major national engineering programs and globally advanced product development, with full-lifecycle aircraft development and configuration management capabilities.
